2 Injured in Train Accident in Bladensburg, Maryland
Bladensburg, Maryland – A vehicle was struck by a CSX train this morning in Bladensburg, Maryland.
The accident occurred at approximately 6:07 AM at the intersection of 52nd Avenue and Kenilworth Avenue.
Two individuals inside the vehicle were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The CSX Railroad is investigating the incident.

Four Palm Beach County Deputies Seriously Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash in Loxahatchee

On the morning of November 21, 2024, a serious traffic collision involving multiple police motorcycles occurred at Southern Boulevard and Cane Field Trail in Loxahatchee Groves, Palm Beach County, Florida.
According to initial reports, four deputies from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) were struck by a vehicle while on duty.
The crash resulted in all four officers sustaining serious injuries.
Emergency crews from Palm Beach County Fire Rescue were dispatched to the scene at approximately 9:15 a.m., where they initiated life-saving measures.
Three of the deputies were immediately transported to local hospitals in critical condition.
Due to the severity of the injuries, multiple medevac helicopters were called to the scene to expedite transport for at least one of the injured deputies.
The crash site, near 18135 State Road 80, remained active for several hours as investigators worked to determine the circumstances leading up to the collision.
