1 killed after shooting in Farrell, suspect at large
The Farrell Police Department is actively searching for a suspect connected to a homicide that occurred on Saturday afternoon in the 500 block of Beechwood Avenue.
According to Mercer County District Attorney Pete Acker, officers responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 4 p.m.
Upon arrival, they discovered that a man had been fatally shot. His identity has not yet been released.

Scotlandville Magnet High School Student 17-year-old Anthony Robinson Killed in Shooting

Baton Rouge authorities are investigating the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Anthony Robinson, a student at Scotlandville Magnet High School, who was killed Monday afternoon in the 1900 block of Bradfield Avenue near Scotland Avenue.
According to police, Robinson was shot just before 3 p.m. on March 10, shortly after stepping off a school bus.
Investigators believe the shooter, a 16-year-old suspect, was responsible for the attack.
The suspect was later apprehended with the assistance of East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office (EBRSO) deputies and has been booked into the East Baton Rouge Juvenile Detention Center on charges of first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and illegal use of weapons.
