12-Year-Old Sustains Major Injuries in Shark Bite Incident Near Cocoa Beach Causeway
Cocoa Beach, FL – Emergency responders in Cocoa Beach were dispatched to the area of the East Cocoa Beach Causeway near the beach on Saturday following reports of a serious shark bite involving a young boy.
According to initial reports, a 12-year-old male sustained significant traumatic injuries as a result of a shark bite incident that occurred in the waters near the Causeway.
Emergency medical services responded quickly to the scene and began providing immediate treatment.
Due to the severity of the injuries, EMS personnel transported the child by ground to a nearby trauma center for further medical care.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – A ground collision involving two United Airlines Boeing 777 aircraft occurred at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), prompting the cancellation of both flights and the deplaning of all passengers.
