ENID, Okla. — Two people, including the suspect, were killed late Sunday night in a shooting incident at Integris Health Enid Hospital, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI).

ENID, Okla. — Two people, including the suspect, were killed late Sunday night in a shooting incident at Integris Health Enid Hospital, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI).

Hunter McKee, public information manager for OSBI, reported that the events began just before 11 p.m. on Sunday, August 17, 2025, when Enid Police Department officers responded to a call regarding a possible domestic dispute at a residence near the hospital.

Officers quickly identified an adult male suspect and located his vehicle in the hospital parking lot.

When officers attempted to approach, the suspect opened fire on them before entering the hospital.

Inside the facility, the suspect discharged multiple rounds, striking another man.

The victim was critically wounded and later died as a result of his injuries.

Officers then engaged the suspect and fatally shot him.

McKee confirmed that no medical personnel, patients, or law enforcement officers were injured during the incident.

The hospital and surrounding area remain an active crime scene, with OSBI, Enid Police, and other law enforcement agencies continuing their investigation as of Monday morning.

Authorities stressed that the scene is secure and there is no ongoing threat to the public.

The names of the suspect and the deceased victim are being withheld pending notification of family members.

Authorities have released a significant update regarding the AMBER Alert issued in Austin, Texas.

Law enforcement officials confirm that the suspect connected to the case has been located, and the red 2017 Ford Mustang believed to have been involved has been recovered.

However, 12-year-old Jazzlyn Anzora remains missing.

Authorities previously identified the suspect as 18-year-old Henry Mejia.

  • Distinct shaved line on one eyebrow

Officials have confirmed that the suspect has now been located.
