19-year-old Jamarion King killed in Albany shooting
ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department is actively investigating a shooting that occurred Wednesday evening in the 1600 block of West Highland Avenue.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 4:37 p.m. Upon arrival, they located two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims were transported to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Tragically, one of the victims—identified as 19-year-old Jamarion King—succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
The condition of the second victim has not been released at this time.
Authorities have not yet identified any suspects or disclosed a possible motive.

GLEN BURNIE, Md. — Authorities are investigating an officer-involved shooting reported in Glen Burnie, Maryland, after an incident in which a suspect allegedly crashed a vehicle into a law enforcement agent.
