Ghislaine Maxwell Denies Knowledge of Trump Misconduct, Comments on Epstein Connections in DOJ Transcripts

Newly released transcripts reveal that Ghislaine Maxwell, the longtime associate of Jeffrey Epstein, denied witnessing President Donald Trump in any inappropriate circumstances and rejected claims linking him to alleged misconduct involving Epstein.

In her testimony to the Department of Justice, Maxwell stated that she “never witnessed [Trump] in any inappropriate setting in any way” and that she “absolutely never in any context” heard Epstein or anyone else suggest that Trump engaged in inappropriate behavior with masseuses.

When asked about a reported birthday card allegedly sent from Trump to Epstein—first disclosed by the Wall Street Journal and described as containing a suggestive sketch and poem—Maxwell said she did not recall ever asking Trump to send such a card.

Maxwell also addressed questions regarding former President Bill Clinton, insisting that Clinton never visited Epstein’s private island.

The transcripts further reflect Maxwell’s denial of widespread speculation surrounding Epstein’s 2019 death, with her remarks highlighting the ongoing circulation of the phrase “Epstein didn’t kill himself.”

These revelations provide additional insight into Maxwell’s testimony, which continues to draw scrutiny as investigators and the public examine the broader network of high-profile figures associated with Jeffrey Epstein.
