Watch: Tornado crossing I-75 west of Fort Lauderdale, Florida

The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Emergency Warning for portions of Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Collier County in Florida.

Two tornadoes are currently on the ground, located north of Interstate 75 and west of Fort Lauderdale.

The westernmost tornado is large and dangerous. It is rain-wrapped and difficult to see from the FL511 traffic cameras, which can be viewed by searching for the number 7500.

If you are in the path of the tornado, take cover immediately. The tornado is heading towards Clewiston.

As of 9:55 AM, a large and dangerous tornado remains active, moving northward. It is currently located approximately 5 miles west-northwest of Interstate 75 and the Miccosukee Service Plaza.
