Philadelphia Police-Involved Collision Leaves Officer Trapped, Three Injured
PHILADELPHIA, PA — Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of a serious motor vehicle collision involving a police unit at the intersection of South 70th Street and Paschall Avenue.
