Victims Identified After Four Killed in Crash During Attempt to Evade Alabama State Trooper in Pike County
Four individuals, including a juvenile, lost their lives in a single-vehicle crash late Friday night in Pike County, Alabama, after the driver allegedly attempted to evade law enforcement.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), the crash occurred at approximately 11:57 p.m. on Pike County Road 6628 near the intersection with Pike County Road 6627, roughly nine miles east of Banks.
Authorities reported that the driver, identified as 27-year-old Tykevious D. Russaw of Eufaula, was operating a Hyundai Elantra when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
ALEA officials stated that Russaw was attempting to elude a state trooper prior to the crash.
The vehicle was carrying three passengers at the time of the incident:
27-year-old Robert D. Hall of Clayton, 24-year-old Quamay R. Richardson of Clayton, and a 17-year-old whose identity has not been released due to age.
Investigators determined that Russaw, Hall, and the juvenile passenger were ejected from the vehicle upon impact and were pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities noted that none of the three were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
Richardson, who remained inside the vehicle, also sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation as authorities continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the attempted evasion and subsequent crash.

14-Year-Old Middleton High School Student Carson Chrapkowski Dies After Bicycle Crash, Driver Alyssa Anderson Arrested
MIDDLETON, Idaho โ A 14-year-old Middleton High School student has died after being struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle near the high school Friday night, according to the Middleton Police Department.
The teenager was transported by Life Flight to St. Lukeโs Boise following the crash but died from his injuries early Saturday morning.
Middleton police said the crash involved a vehicle and a bicyclist near Middleton High School. The 14-year-old suffered critical injuries and was flown to a Boise hospital for emergency medical treatment.
Police announced Saturday morning that the young bicyclist had succumbed to his injuries.
The teen was identified in the information provided for this report as Carson Chrapkowski, a Middleton High School student. However, the police departmentโs public statement did not release the teenagerโs name.
Police arrested 41-year-old Alyssa Louise Anderson in connection with the crash. Anderson was booked into the Canyon County Jail.
According to police, Anderson is facing charges of vehicular manslaughter, aggravated DUI and leaving the scene of an injury accident.
Authorities have not released additional details about the circumstances leading up to the collision or the specific allegations supporting the DUI charge.
The crash remains under investigation by the Middleton Police Department and Idaho State Police. Investigators have not released further information about the sequence of events or whether additional charges could be filed.
