2 Old Key Lime House members killed in shooting during Christmas party at Rock Irish Pub in Lake Worth Beach

In the early hours of Tuesday morning, a shooting at a downtown Lake Worth Beach bar resulted in the deaths of two men and left two others injured.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) is investigating the incident, which occurred around 1 a.m. at a bar in the 600 block of Lake Avenue.
One of the deceased has been identified as Chris Allen. The identities of the other victims have not yet been disclosed.
According to PBSO, the shooting involved four men.
Two of them were pronounced dead at the scene, while the other two were transported to a local hospital.
One remains in critical condition with life-threatening injuries, and the other is reportedly in stable condition.
Crime scene tape now surrounds the Rock Irish Pub as investigators work to piece together the events leading up to the shooting.
A witness, who spoke to local reporters, recounted the tragic events. She described the group of men who were shot as her coworkers from the Old Key Lime House, a popular local restaurant.
The witness explained that she and her colleagues had been attending a Christmas party at Lilo’s Streetfood and Bar earlier in the evening.
The group later crossed the street to the Rock Irish Pub to play pool.
“I stepped outside briefly,” the witness shared. “When I came back, I saw PBSO arriving, and then I saw two of my coworkers dead on the floor. One was in really bad shape, and another was already in an ambulance.”
As of now, PBSO has not provided details about a potential suspect or motive. Detectives are actively canvassing the area and reviewing surveillance footage from the bar and surrounding businesses.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about the shooting to contact PBSO immediately.
The violent incident has shocked the Lake Worth Beach community, especially as it unfolded during a festive gathering among coworkers.
The Rock Irish Pub remains closed as the investigation continues, and locals are grappling with the tragedy.

23-year-old Donell Gause killed after shooting in North Lawndale neighborhood in Chicago
As of Wednesday morning, no suspects were in custody.
A tragic shooting early Wednesday claimed the life of a young man in Chicago’s North Lawndale neighborhood.
The victim, identified as 23-year-old Donell Gause, was found lying in the street after police responded to a report of gunfire in the 1100 block of South Francisco Avenue around 12:45 a.m.
Emergency responders transported Gause to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was treated for multiple gunshot wounds.
Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
As of Wednesday morning, no suspects were in custody.
The case is currently under investigation by detectives from Area 4, who are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting and identify those responsible.
