Video Shows Students Being Transported to Hospital Following Antioch High School Shooting in Nashville

Nashville, TN – The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) has provided additional details regarding a shooting incident at Antioch High School on Wednesday morning that resulted in injuries to three students, including the suspect.
According to MNPD, the shooting took place inside the school’s cafeteria, where two students were shot by a fellow student.
The suspect subsequently sustained a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
All three individuals were transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. Their conditions have not been disclosed at this time.
Authorities have assured the public that the situation is under control, and there is no ongoing threat to students, faculty, or staff.
The school remains on lockdown as law enforcement officers continue to process the scene and ensure the safety of all individuals on campus.
Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) has designated a reunification site for parents and students at 3754 Murfreesboro Pike, where buses are actively transporting students from the school. Parents are urged to go to this location for further instructions.
In an official statement, MNPS announced:
“Antioch High School is on lockdown due to shots being fired inside the school building. Metro Police are on the scene. The person responsible for the shooting is no longer a threat. We will be gathering students in the auditorium and will provide information on reunification as soon as possible.”
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has joined the investigation to assist local law enforcement in determining the circumstances surrounding the incident, including how the suspect obtained the firearm.
This remains an active investigation, and authorities are working to gather additional details regarding the motive and events leading up to the shooting.

Teen Killed, Another Critically Injured in Targeted Shooting Near Columbia Mall – Suspect in Custody

Columbia, MD – A teenage boy was killed, and another remains in critical condition following a targeted shooting near The Mall in Columbia on Saturday evening.
According to Howard County Police Chief Gregory Der, the shooting did not occur inside the mall but took place in the vicinity of the Lidl grocery store and a bus stop on Little Patuxent Parkway.
Mall operations were unaffected and proceeded as normal, closing at 8 p.m.
Authorities have arrested 18-year-old Emmetson Zeah of Columbia in connection with the double shooting.
Zeah has been charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder, and other related offenses.
The incident occurred on February 22 at approximately 5:52 p.m. when police responded to reports of gunfire in the 10300 block of Little Patuxent Parkway.
Upon arrival, officers discovered two victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
One victim, identified as 16-year-old Michael Robertson, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The second victim, 15-year-old Blake McCray, was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he remains in critical condition.
Investigators believe the shooting was a targeted attack; however, the motive remains unclear.
During a search of Zeah’s residence, authorities recovered the firearm used in the crime as well as the clothing he allegedly wore during the incident.
The investigation is ongoing, and police are urging anyone with additional information to come forward.
