Officer-Involved Shooting Under Investigation in Ross County, Ohio
Authorities in Ross County, Ohio, are investigating an incident involving shots fired that resulted in a suspect being critically injured.
According to the Ross County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO), deputies responded to an emergency call regarding a male suspect attempting to break into a residence.
Upon arrival, shots were fired, and the suspect was neutralized.
CPR is currently in progress on the suspect, according to RCSO officials.
The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) has been requested to assist in the investigation, which is standard protocol in officer-involved shootings.
Authorities have not yet released further details regarding the circumstances leading to the shooting or whether any deputies sustained injuries.

Milwaukee, WI – A 23-year-old woman was fatally shot early Friday morning, February 21, in Milwaukee, according to the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD).
Authorities responded to reports of a shooting around 12:30 a.m. in the area of 95th Street and Brown Deer Road.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim, identified as Amyri Dior, suffering from gunshot wounds.
Dior was pronounced dead at the scene.
At this time, no arrests have been made, and police have not released information regarding a suspect or possible motive.
