ROGERS, ARK. – Authorities are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Saturday morning in Rogers, which left one man dead, according to the Rogers Police Department (RPD).

Officers responded to multiple reports of gunfire just after midnight on March 8, in the 3100 block of South B Street.

Upon arrival, they discovered a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.

Emergency personnel transported the victim to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

On Sunday, authorities identified the deceased as 41-year-old Andres Fonseca.
