Missing 7-Year-Old Jamal White Found Safe in Milwaukee County
MILWAUKEE, WI – Authorities confirm that 7-year-old Jamal White, who was the subject of an Amber Alert issued late Friday night, has been found safe.
According to the Wisconsin Crime Alert Network and the Milwaukee Police Department, Jamal was located Saturday afternoon in the area of 39th Street and Lloyd Street.
Family members confirmed his recovery and said he appeared to be unharmed.
Jamal was last seen around 7:00 p.m. Friday near 61st and Hustis Streets, where he was reportedly abducted at gunpoint and forced into a white Jeep Renegade by a suspect wearing a black hoodie, a black face mask, and armed with a handgun.
The circumstances of his recovery and whether any arrests have been made have not yet been disclosed.
The Milwaukee Police Department continues to investigate.

PolaBear Red Filmz owner Troy Hollingsworth killed in West Pullman shooting
CHICAGO — A 37-year-old Chicago photographer was fatally shot Sunday night in the West Pullman neighborhood, according to the Chicago Police Department.
The victim was identified as Troy Hollingsworth, owner of PolaBear Red Filmz.
Police said Hollingsworth was seated inside his Nissan Maxima in the 100 block of East 118th Place at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 18, when an unknown individual opened fire.
Hollingsworth was struck multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities confirmed.
At this time, no suspects are in custody, and detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
Additional details have not been released as the investigation remains ongoing.
