New footage of the suspect who attempted to kill Nick Fuentes

Berwyn, IL – New surveillance footage has emerged of a suspect who attempted to harm political commentator Nick Fuentes at his residence on December 18, 2024.

The suspect, armed with a pistol and crossbow, reportedly approached Fuentes’ home while he was livestreaming and shouted, “Yo, Nick!” before being apprehended nearby by law enforcement.

According to the Berwyn Police Department, the incident began around 11:38 p.m. when officers responded to reports of an armed individual on the 1800 block of Home Avenue.

Upon arrival, officers encountered the suspect, who fled on foot and evaded initial attempts to detain him.

The suspect forcibly entered a nearby residence on the 1800 block of Wenonah Avenue, where he fatally shot two dogs.

Officers observed him fleeing eastward into a yard on the 1800 block of Home Avenue. Despite verbal commands to surrender, the suspect fired at officers, prompting them to return fire.

The suspect was fatally struck.

No officers were injured during the exchange.

Preliminary reports indicate the suspect was wanted for a triple homicide earlier in the day in Mahomet, Illinois.

The Berwyn Police Department confirmed that the Illinois State Police Public Integrity Task Force has taken over the investigation.

“This remains an active and ongoing investigation,” Berwyn authorities stated.

The incident has raised concerns among community members, but police reassured residents that there is no ongoing threat to public safety.

Columbus, OH – Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting that occurred Saturday night on the city’s Southeast Side, possibly connected to a robbery.

Columbus police responded to a report of a shooting at the intersection of Aplin Drive and Penton Street around 8:40 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers discovered 21-year-old Vance Stiers suffering from a gunshot wound.

Emergency medical personnel transported Stiers to Mount Carmel East Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:52 p.m.

Preliminary investigations suggest the shooting may have taken place in the 7100 block of Tussing Road, near Tussing Elementary School, and is believed to be linked to a possible robbery.

Police have not yet released any information about potential suspects.

“Robbery appears to be a possible motive at this stage of the investigation,” a Columbus Police spokesperson said.
